My version of ice magic has only 2 ingredients; Coconut Oil and Chocolate plus it's stupidly simple to make and will keep in the fridge for months!
Makes enough for 4 serves
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
- 150g Dark Chocolate of your choice.
Place the coconut oil and the chocolate into the pan and place on a low to medium heat. Melt the chocolate and mix with to combine to 2 ingredients. This will take a couple of minutes.
Take of the heat and allow to cool to room temperature (around 30 minutes). To speed this up you can fill your sink to ¼ full and place the pot into the sink (making sure it doesn’t fall over) for a couple of minutes.
To serve place ice cream in a bowl and pour the chocolate over the ice cream ooooorrrrr make an ice cream sandwich with vanilla ice cream between 2 wafers then pour the sauce over the top!
NOTE: You can keep any extra ice magic in a small bowl and in the fridge for weeks until you need again. Reheat by putting back into a small pot, melt then follow the cooling process again.
