The sauce on this fish is the same used for our Thai Sticky Chicken Wings recipe… It works beautifully on both!
Using the corn flour to dust the calamari ensures the outside becomes crispy without any stodgy, heavy batters that is too often delivered in restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately there's no cheats method for this recipe but it's pretty simple and definitely worth it!
This method of cooking the prawns protects the flesh ensuring it doesn’t dry out. The fresher the prawns, the easier it will be to remove the flesh from the shell once cooked.
Takes minutes to put together but will impress whomever you are feeding!
